These guys are amazing. I work in the parking business and have used them repeatedly due to their professionalism, time of response, and ability to cut keys to cars that no one else can. They carry an array of keys that most other locksmiths don't carry. I would highly recommend them. Ben is specifically great to work with.

Amazing customer service and care. Had to get a new pair of keys for my truck after having lost my original, Rafael was resourceful in finding a way to make a copy of the key and was knowledgeable in alternative solutions. He was also knew of any side effects which were to occur of the solutions he provided and he was able to work out a reasonable price as well. Hope I will not need a locksmith in the future, but if I will Best Locksmith will be my first call.

Just wanted to take a moment and say how glad I'am I called Best Locksmith and had Multi T locks installed on our new home. These locks are extremely solid and made with the most advanced technology. We moved into a new build a couple of months ago which had been fitted with quickset locks on all the doors, but decided to have the locks changed, because they weren't pick proof. After having Multi-T-locks placed by Best Locksmith I definitely feel more secure and now have peace of mind when my wife is home alone. These locks are pick proof and like I said, I wasn't able to say that of the other locks that came with the house. I researched before I had these locks installed and I feel that the Multi-T-Lock is the most reliable out there and the best investment when it comes to securing your home or business. As far as this particular business goes, Ben was great, very nice, very professional. He arrived within the window of time I was given and did an excellent job installing all the locks on my new home. Which I really appreciated and I gladly recommend this company.

I had to replace the deadbolt on my front door and only had a few days before our first open house to sell our home. Ben came by within 30 minutes of my initial call and did the job quickly and got it done, all with a friendly attitude. This is after I already paid a handyman $60 to tell me he couldn't fix it. I would recommend Best Locksmith to anyone needing this service.

The deadbolt on our front door broke. I called A Star Locksmith and they called me back immediately to schedule. Rafael was terrific. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He searched all over for the needed parts to insure I was getting the best price. Everything Rafael did was curious and professional. If you want to feel secure, I would use A Star Locksmith!
After researching reviews on Yelp, I settled on Best Locksmith to re-key our house following a move. The team was very understanding of our schedule and moved the appointment a few times to accommodate changes. On the day of our installation, Ben called ahead of time to notify us where exactly he was in route. This made it helpful to plan ahead! The estimate provided over the phone was the same as what was quoted when Ben arrived - this is one of the biggest reasons I would recommend Best Locksmith. All too often, the fees seem to magically change between when an appointment is set and when the technician's arrive. He was able to quickly and successfully change the locks on our house with high quality. He provided a few additional customer service touches that made this company stand out. While he provided a few "upgrade" options, he was not pushy and was actually quite informative. We will be back to Best Locksmith when it comes time for an additional work.

Who do you call when you need to lock out a crazy ex boyfriend or girlfriend? This guy! I found Best Locksmith when I was in a pinch and needed to ensure that within an hour, "no one" could get back into my house. Best Locksmith was there within 2 hours and changed the locks on my front and backdoors in less than 20 minutes for under $100. I was at a complete loss, because I had lost my car key and could not find it ANYWHERE!! Luckily for me after I called Best Locksmith (they responded super-promptly and sent out a service member within an hour!!) I was able to get prompt and friendly service on my car! Ben was very kind and helpful in explaining everything upfront to me and was super nice even after I found my "lost" car key on my front lawn!!!

I had the locks re-keyed on a new house. 4 locks x $28 plus a $25 fee for the service call came to $137 total. It was more expensive than I had expected but it was fast and hassle free.
Ben gave me a good price and opened my car super fast. Even when I still couldn't find my key he gave me a good deal on a replacement. 15 min to get to my location 5 min to open the car. Very prompt
Update: After he opened the car And ordering a new key I ended up finding my old key. Ben was extremely nice and refunded the money for the new key. I couldn't even imagine him doing that since he was on his way to get the new key. Ben is seriously the best.
After a break-in I was on the search for a locksmith. Where else do you go but Yelp!! I was amazed by the overwhelming 5-star reviews that A Star had acquired and now I know why. Lost my keys Thurday. Called them, Ben came on Friday morning. He was very professional, extremely helpful, Made me a new car key in less than 30 mins. Gave me a great discount on the Car keys because I made an extra one just in case. What more can I say. Oh yes he drove around 35 miles to my home at made new keys in his Van.
