These guys are amazing. I work in the parking business and have used them repeatedly due to their professionalism, time of response, and ability to cut keys to cars that no one else can. They carry an array of keys that most other locksmiths don't carry. I would highly recommend them. Ben is specifically great to work with.

I was at a complete loss, because I had lost my car key and could not find it ANYWHERE!! Luckily for me after I called Best Locksmith (they responded super-promptly and sent out a service member within an hour!!) I was able to get prompt and friendly service on my car! Ben was very kind and helpful in explaining everything upfront to me and was super nice even after I found my "lost" car key on my front lawn!!!

Amazing customer service and care. Had to get a new pair of keys for my truck after having lost my original, Rafael was resourceful in finding a way to make a copy of the key and was knowledgeable in alternative solutions. He was also knew of any side effects which were to occur of the solutions he provided and he was able to work out a reasonable price as well. Hope I will not need a locksmith in the future, but if I will Best Locksmith will be my first call.
Who do you call when you need to lock out a crazy ex boyfriend or girlfriend? This guy! I found Best Locksmith when I was in a pinch and needed to ensure that within an hour, "no one" could get back into my house. Best Locksmith was there within 2 hours and changed the locks on my front and backdoors in less than 20 minutes for under $100. This service was amazing, I lost my key and needed a replacement fast. They were so helpful over the phone and were available to come out early in the morning. Ben helped me out, he was really quick and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
Rafael was very helpful when changing the locks in our new home. He arrived on time and was very knowledgable about his work. He not only re-keyed our locks but also fixed several that were not installed correctly. Will definitely call A Star again the next time we need our locks changed!
I prefer to get referrals from friends and neighbors, but since I just moved in to my house and have been away from the Dallas area for 35 years, I didn't have friends and neighbors to ask. So I turned to Yelp. The all 5 star reviews you read on here are for a reason. Raphael was very polite, confirmed via text message when the appointment would be, and called ahead of time to let me know when he was on his way today. I had 3 locks that needed changing, and he gave me what prices would be for various options and left the decision completely up to me. There was no pressure to use a more expensive option. I am a single woman and can be leery of whom I let in to my house, but I can 100% highly recommend Raphael and his business.
Excellent response time and work by Rafael. Would definitely use him again. Gave me a rough estimate over the phone after hearing what I wanted done. He arrived on time, and the doors fit perfect after his work was completed. I provided my own locks which provided a challenge but he was able to work through it. He was affordable compared to other estimates I received and very courteous. Happy to recommend him to others.

I called BL after running through some BS with PopALock. Best Locksmith took my information, said it would be about 15-20 minutes to open my apartment. Evidently the door knob busted and the latch wouldn't release rendering my key useless. The tech called me 5 minutes from my initial contact with the company and said he would be there in 15 minutes. Which he was!

The deadbolt on our front door broke. I called A Star Locksmith and they called me back immediately to schedule. Rafael was terrific. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. After researching reviews on Yelp, I settled on Best Locksmith to re-key our house following a move. The team was very understanding of our schedule and moved the appointment a few times to accommodate changes. On the day of our installation, Ben called ahead of time to notify us where exactly he was in route. This made it helpful to plan ahead! The estimate provided over the phone was the same as what was quoted when Ben arrived - this is one of the biggest reasons I would recommend Best Locksmith. All too often, the fees seem to magically change between when an appointment is set and when the technician's arrive. He was able to quickly and successfully change the locks on our house with high quality. He provided a few additional customer service touches that made this company stand out. While he provided a few "upgrade" options, he was not pushy and was actually quite informative. We will be back to Best Locksmith when it comes time for an additional work.
Lost my keys Thurday. Called them, Ben came on Friday morning. He was very professional, extremely helpful, Made me a new car key in less than 30 mins. Gave me a great discount on the Car keys because I made an extra one just in case. What more can I say. Oh yes he drove around 35 miles to my home at made new keys in his Van.

My cousin was staying at my mom's house and was not familiar with all the locks and got locked out after being away from a business trip. I looked up locksmiths on Yelp and found Best Locksmith and reviewed all the ratings and THEY ARE TRUE! It's your best choice if you are locked out of the house!!! Ben came to our house and waited for us to even get there. He took 5 minutes tops to open the door from my garage into the house! I even told my neighbors across the street about them as Ben drove off. I will definitely use them again if I have any trouble with my house OR car. Ben did NOT damage the lock either. He was careful not to damage the door or lock when he did it. We were all impressed and will definitely use them again.
